This site—located on a 50-acre parcel of land—has a strong demand for treated lumber. Purchased in December of 2000, Bestway began transforming the area with the construction of a treatment plant, two dry kilns, a warehouse, an office building, and a rail siding. Operations began in June of 2001 and have grown steadily since. Bestway of Pennsylvania is currently pressure treating approximately 60 million board feet per year.
