Freight: Prepaid on all orders $250 and over. Orders less than $250 will be charged a $25.00 drop charge.

Job-site Deliveries: $50 stop charge (covers truck and driver for the first hour).  Additional site charge of $75 per hour after the first hour.

Returns: No returns will be accepted without a salesman's authorization. Stock items are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns on special orders unless defect is found and agreed to between parties.

Claims: Claims for shortage and defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receiving stated goods. Seller must be given ample opportunity to investigate any claims.

Credit: Our terms of sale are printed on each invoice. A finance charge of 2% per month will be added to balances of 30 days and over. All accounts 60 days past due will automatically placed on C.O.D.
